Contact Us v1

1. Create a new page from Pages > Add New and give it a name, say Contact Us v1
2. Make sure Default Template is chosen under Page Attributes > Template.
3. Click on Edit with KingComposer button. It will display King Composer Backend Editor. We will use this back end editor to build our Contact Us v1 page.
4. Contact Us v1 has 1 row with two columns in the ratio 50% + 50%.
