Navigate to Appearance > Customize > 404 to customize 404 options.

404 Image Upload – This setting allows you to upload an image for 404 page.
404 Title – This setting allows you to enter 404 title.
404 Description – This setting allows you to enter 404 description.
Button Text – This setting allows you to change the button text
Button Color – This setting allows you to change the button color
Button Url – This setting allows you to change button url.
